What have we learned from 2020 about ourselves and our life? How will we use it to create a new way forward?

When our lives were paused in March 2020, it forced us into a new way of being. Now, it’s hard to imagine going back to that previous way. That pre-pandemic version of us is no longer. What truly matters now?

In this workshop, we will use yoga and expressive writing to envision our path and bring forth the new stories that want to emerge in 2021.

I’ll be joining forces with my friend Jen Netherby, a seasoned yoga teacher (bio below) who will be guiding us through movement while I guide us through journal writing exercises. All levels of yoga welcome, and no writing experience is necessary!

We will share practices to:
• Use yoga and writing to connect with your inner wisdom
• Get clarity on your direction forward
• Deepen your yoga practice through journal writing and vice versa
